The Eatwell Guide

Public Health England has revised the UK’s healthy eating model which replaced the eatwell plate to recognise dietary recommendations on limiting sugar consumption. The Eatwell Guide describes in pictorial form what a healthy balanced diet looks like and how much of what we eat should come from each food group. Find out more here.
